daumenTanz is a series of interventions in cultural spaces in Berlin, using these spaces as a background for short dance improvisations. These performances are recorded and printed in a flipbook format (in German: Daumenkino, literally "Fingercinema").
The idea behind is the viewer to perform this improvisation, being an active subject and taking decisions about speed and direction (forward / backwards).
This project is made by Maria De Faria and Roger Rossell.
